DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

If you or your guests have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please kindly inform us when making your reservation. Without advance notice, Sushi Shin may not be able to accommodate any requests on the night of your dinner.  

Unfortunately certain dietary restrictions, such as requests for no fish, no raw fish, no seafood, cannot be accommodated. We cannot accommodate Kosher, Shellfish Allergy, Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free, Vinegar-free customers. We may cancel your reservation with no refund.

MEAL DURATION

About 2.5 hours. Please don't bring non-diner (e.g. kids or pets) with you into the restaurant since we don't have extra seats or space for them.

AGE RESTRICTION

All diners must be age 12 and up.

GRATUITY

We included a service charge in your dine-in experience. This charge is applied towards operating costs (service-ware, fixed costs, food costs, wages, etc.) to ensure the highest level of excellence in our quality of service as well as to provide fair and equitable wages to our front and back of house employees. 100% of any additional gratuity is paid to server(s) and staff who assisted in servicing customers in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

LATE ARRIVALS

Unfortunately, Sushi Shin cannot guarantee the full menu to guests who are more than 10 minutes late.

FRAGRANCES

We ask that guests limit the amount of perfume they wear, so as not to interfere with the experience of other guests. Please be conscious of the amount of perfume or cologne you apply before your meal.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are Final and Non-refundable. However, it is completely transferable.

CONDUCT

Please conduct yourself appropriately and with respect for the chef and the team. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, hostile, aggressive, obnoxious, or drunk. No refund will be given.

ATTIRE

We do not have a formal dress code, but please be mindful of the setting and wear clothing that is appropriate (e.g. no sleepwear, slippers, swimsuit etc.)
